Promotions
The Promotions tab is your hub for managing all promotional offers created for your products.
How do I create promotions?
Details
- Click on Promotions under the Products tab
- Click +Create Promotion

| Name of promotion | Create the name of your promotion | mandatory |
| Type | Select the type of promotion | mandatory |
| Start end and end date | Add a start date (mandatory) for your promotion. If you want it to start the day you create the promotion, choose the current date. An end date is optional as you can choose to keep a promotion indefinite |

- Click Save & Continue.
Products
Click +Add Products
- Add a product(s) to your promotion
- You can add or remove products from your promotion at anytime
How do I manage my promotions?
- Click on Promotions under the Products tab
Within the Promotion tab you can see your promotions
- Under All, you can see all your promotions.
- Under the Active tab, you can see promotions that are currently active. That means the start date has already occurred and sellers can see your promotion within their ShopDot portal.
- Under the Scheduled tab, you can see promotions that are not yet visible to sellers. That means the start date will occur in the future.
You can click into any of your Active or Scheduled promotions to change the start and end date.
Under All, you can filter your promotions by clicking the filter icon on the right hand side
- Filter by Status
- Type
- Filter by Create Date
- Filter by Last Updated Date
