Integrations with Shopify

ShopDot currently integrates with Shopify to pull product listing content and real-time inventory directly from your Shopify store. Additionally, all orders from retailers flow back to your retailer store.

Here are the steps in integrating ShopDot with your Shopify store:

1. Go to Settings <> Integrations

2. Enter your Shopify store name. Only enter the store name and do NOT include .myshopify.com at the end

3. Click Connect. You will then be taken directly to your Shopify store to complete the installation of the ShopDot sales channel app

4. The product listing will automatically pull through to ShopDot if the product is in Active status and added to the ShopDot sales channel within your Shopify store

5. Can remove the ShopDot app or Disconnect the ShopDot app at any time. Please make sure all orders are fulfilled before doing so.
