The Users settings allow you to manage your own account details and to add more users to your brand

Manage your own account details

Here are the steps to manage your own account details

1. Navigate to your user name at the top right corner.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Users.
4. Click on Edit on your account information.
5. Update your Last Name and/or First Name.
6. Click on Save.

Add Users

Here are the steps to add users to your brand account

1. Navigate to your user name from the top right corner.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Users.
4. Click on +Add a new user.
5. Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the new user.
6. Click on Save.

The added user will receive an email notification that will include instructions on how to sign up for ShopDot. After the user has successfully signed up, they will see the exact details of your brand content in ShopDot.

Note:

• Users that you have added and have signed up will be displayed in the Active Users list.
• Users that you have added but have not yet signed up will be displayed in the Pending Invites list. If you would like to remind your user that you have invited them to ShopDot, you may click on Resend. ShopDot will resend the email notification to your user.
