How do I cancel an order?

If you are not able to fulfill an order, you can cancel the order directly in your Shopify store.

NOTE: ShopDot currently does not support Partially Cancelled orders which means you need to fulfill the entire order or cancel the entire order. We DO support Partial Fulfillment, as long as the entire order is eventually fulfilled.


Here are the steps to cancel the whole order.


1. Within your eCommerce store, select the order that you wanted to cancel. Click on Cancel order from More actions.

2. Confirm the action in your eCommerce store.


3. After you have cancelled the order, ShopDot will display the products in that order as Cancelled.



Note: Shopify does not support partial cancellations. As a result, if you cancel an order, all products within the order will be cancelled and the entire order will be refunded back to the customer.
