Customer requested refunds

You have the ability to set your refund preference under Settings <> Preferences. Customers may reach out to you to request a refund on a product or order.


1. If you haven't shipped any items within the order.

ShopDot does not support partial cancellation but you can cancel the entire order which will automatically issue the customer a complete refund on the entire order.


2. If product has already shipped.
