How and when do I receive payment?

ShopDot partners with Finix to charge customers and pay out brands. As part of the Getting Started onboarding with ShopDot, you set up a recipient account with Finix. See the Getting Paid application process here.

• ShopDot charges a 10% transaction fee of the net product amount.
• ShopDot will payout brand suppliers monthly by the 5th of the month.
• Payouts are based on completely fulfilled orders from the prior month. If there is a partially fulfilled order, we will not pay out the partially fulfilled order until the entire order is fulfilled.
• Payouts will be made via ACH to the bank account that is listed under Settings <> Getting Paid.
• You will be able to access your Payout History Report under the Reports tab.
