Users
The Users settings allow you to add users to your account.
Manage your account details
Here are the steps to manage your account details
- Click on Settings from the account dropdown menu.
- Click on Users.
- Click on Edit beside your account.
- Update your Last Name and/or First Name.
- Click on Save.
Add Users
Here are the steps to add users to your retailer store account
- Click on Settings from the account dropdown menu.
- Click on Users.
- Click on Add a new user.
- Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the user that you want to add
- Click on Save.
The added user will receive an email notification that will include instructions on how to sign up for ShopDot. After the user has successfully signed up, they will see the exact details of your account content in ShopDot.
Note:
- Users that you have added and have signed up will be displayed in the Active Users list.
- Users that you have added but have not yet signed up will be displayed in the Pending Invite list. If you would like to remind your user that you have invited them to ShopDot, you may click on Resend. ShopDot will resend the email notification to your user.
