How do I message my brands?

If you have questions about a product or if you have any other concerns that you want to clarify with the brand, you can do so by clicking on the Message button. This will allow you to email them directly within your own email browser. The brand's email address will be displayed in the recipient field of your email.

To message a brand, click on the message icon

You can find the message icon in several places:

1. Go to the Brands tab

2. Click on the envelope icon next to the brand you'd like to message

1. Go to Brands tab
2. Click into a brand profile.
3. Click on the envelope icon on the right hand side of the brand profile

In the brand order summary line, you will see the message icon to message the brand directly.
