How do I view or track an order?


NOTE: ShopDot does NOT message end customers directly.

When an order is fulfilled by a brand supplier - the customer will receive an email notification regarding the fulfillment status. You can then go directly to your Orders screen within ShopDot to track the shipment.


Click on the Orders tab

Here you will see all the orders in which the customers on your online storefront have made. For each order you will see the

    • Customer ID
    • Order Date
    • Brand Name
    • Customer Name
    • Quantity
    • Product Total
    • Customer Discount
    • Tax
    • Shipping
    • Order Total
    • Commission
    • Commission Payout Date

When you click on each order listing you can see the Fulfillment Status of each product your customer ordered:

  • Fulfilled- This product within the order has been fulfilled. You will be able to see the Shipping Carrier and the Tracking Number. Your customer will also receive this information by email.
  • Unfulfilled- This product within the order is unfulfilled. Once fulfilled, you will be able to see the Shipping Carrier and the Tracking Number.

You can download your orders by clicking the download icon next to each order listing.
