My customer wants to return a product

Your customer placed an order from a brand through your online storefront and your customer now wants to return the product.

  • All returns and refunds are done through brand and customer.

    If the brand supplier's Return and Refund Policy says "No returns or refunds", then they are unable to return the product.

    If the brand suppliers Return and Refund Policy says "Returns and refunds are accepted on a case-by-case basis," then they should reach out to the brand supplier to see if they will accept the return.

    • If the brand approves the return, we will work with them to issue a refund back to your customer .
