My Profile

Account Details

Name

1. Click on the pencil to edit your name on your account information.
2. Update your First Name and/or Last Name.
3. Click on Save.

Email:

1. You cannot change your email in My Profile.
2. If you wish to change it please contact info@shopdotapp.com.

Change Password

1. Click on Change Password.
2. Enter the required details in the screen.

• Old Password
• New Password
• Confirm New Password - must be the same as the New Password

New Password must:
- have at least 1 number
- have at least 1 uppercase character
- have at least 1 lowercase character
- have at least 1 special character
- have 8 characters minimum

3. Click on Save.
