Product Groups

Curate product groups to help Sellers easily discover and feature items from your catalog.

1. Creating a New Product Group

To begin, navigate to the Products > Product Groups tab and click the + Product Group button. You will then be prompted to provide the necessary details for your new group.

After completing these fields, follow these final steps:

1. Toggle the status to 'Published' to make the group visible to Sellers.
2. Click 'Save & Continue' to create the group.

2. Adding Products to a Product Group

Once a Product Group has been created, you must add products to it.

1. From within the Product Group's detail page, click the + Add Products button.
2. You can then add products that align with the group's description and purpose. You can add or remove products from a Product Group at any time.
3. To locate specific items, use the available filters:
   • Animal Type
   • Category
   • Sub-category
   • Price Range
   • Availability

3. Managing Existing Product Groups

The main Product Groups page serves as your dashboard for viewing and organizing all your created groups. The page is organized into several tabs:

• 'All': Displays every Product Group you have created.
• 'Published': Displays only the Product Groups that are currently visible to Sellers.
• 'Unpublished': Displays Product Groups that are not yet visible to Sellers, functioning as a staging area.

Under All, you can filter your Product Groups by clicking the filter icon on the right hand side

  • Status
  • Type
  • Filter by Create Date
  • Filter by Last Updated Date

4. Deleting a Product Group

If a Product Group is no longer needed, you can permanently delete it.

1. Click into the Product Group listing you wish to remove.
2. Click the 'Delete' button on the right-hand side.
3. Click 'Remove' and confirm the action. Please note that this is a permanent action and cannot be undone.

5. Removing Products from a Group

You can also remove specific products from a group without deleting the entire group itself.

1. Click into the desired Product Group listing.
2. Navigate to the 'Products' tab within that group.
3. Select the checkboxes next to the products you wish to remove.
4. Click the 'Remove' button.
5. Confirm the removal. The selected products will be removed from the group but will remain in your main product catalog.
