How do I publish products to my storefront?
In order for a product to appear on your online storefront, it has to be pushed to your store.
For a product to be pushed to your store, you must complete the mandatory settings. Learn more here.
There are multiple ways to find products on your ShopDot Retailer Portal. You can either search through the My Store tab or the Brands tab.
My Store Tab
- Go to the My Store tab.
- Go to one of your Collections.
- We've created default collections for you to help you organize your products to make the shopping experience easier for your customers. You can delete or add them.
- Click + Add Products.
- You can search for products by brand or by product category or by using the search bar above.
- Click +Add Product for any products you want to add to your storefront.
Brands Tab
- Go to the Brands Tab.
- You can filter brands by product categories or brand values. You can also search for brands in the search bar.
- Click into a brand, you can see all their products and about the brand,
- If you want to see more details about the product, just click on the listing and you'll see the description and images.
Organizing your Products and Collections
- You can choose to move around and organize your products and collection lists how you'd like
- Click the dots next to a collection name and drag to your desired location in your list of collections.
- Click on the dots next to a product listing and drag to your desired location within your online storefront pages.
